Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return window for most products, with some exceptions noted below. To ensure the best possible service, please read our detailed policy.

Standard Returns & Exchanges

Timeline:

30 days from delivery date

Condition Requirements:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items:

Customized products (including personalized names, pictures, or flags)
Items purchased with discounts or promotional offers

Original Shipping cost is non-refundable


Discounted Items Policy

Items purchased at a discount are normally not eligible for returns, this includes:

Seasonal sale items
Promotional offers


In special cases though, we do accept returns on discounted items.

Email your reasons for return to orders@faedor.com with your order number

Return fee participation required if returns are approved in special cases

Return fees calculated based on non-discounted prices

 

Return Process

Email orders@faedor.com within 30 days of delivery
Subject line: "Return" or "Exchange"
Include reason for return
Wait for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and instructions

Include:

• Copy of invoice

• Completed RMA form

• Item(s) being returned


Ship within 7 days of receiving RMA
Keep return tracking information for your records


Damage Claims Inspection:

Always inspect packages upon delivery

Visible Damage:

• Take photos before accepting

• Refuse delivery if possible

• Contact carrier for claim number

Hidden Damage:

• Report within 72 hours of delivery

• Items over $100: Report within 24 hours

• Document with photos

• Contact carrier for claim number

 

Shipping Guidelines

• Base price includes shipping;

• Use tracking and insurance up to item value

• Double-box expensive items

• Don't indicate contents on outer packaging

• Document contents with photos before shipping

 

Costs & Fees

Return Shipping cost is Customer's responsibility unless:

- Item is defective
- We made a shipping error


Exchanges:

Free processing, may incur re-shipping fees


Promotional Items: 

Special return policies may apply


Missing Items:

Report general missing items within 72 hours

Construction sets/puzzles: Report missing pieces within 30 days

 

Refund Processing

• Initiated upon receipt of returned items

• Allow up to 15 days for processing

• Contact orders@faedor.com if not received after 15 days

 

Gift Purchases

• We recommend inspecting items before gifting

• Consider purchasing separate gift packaging

• Original packaging must be intact for returns
