Return and Refund Policy

   

Summary

You have 7 days to return your FAEDOR purchase for a full refund, and 21 days for an exchange.

 

Warranty

Every product you buy from us must be free of defects or you may return it immediately for credit or replacement. All Faedor items are covered by a 3-month manufacturer's warranty.

 

Exceptions to the Warranty

The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, water damage, fading/chipping, lost or stolen parts, damage due to misuse, or orders below $50.

 

Missing Pieces

Report any missing items within 3 days of delivery. For construction games and puzzles, you can request missing pieces within 30 days of delivery.

 

Product Sizing

Faedor will gladly exchange a product purchased from us due to size not fitting, on non-custom items.

 

Return Process

1. Contact us by email at orders@faedor.com within 7 days of delivery with the subject "Return" or "Exchange" and explain the reason for your request.
2. We will email you an RMA return form and instructions.
3. Place a copy of your invoice in the parcel, along with the item(s) you are returning.
4. Make no reference to the contents on the outside of the box.
5. Ship the parcel within 3 days after receiving your RMA, and it must arrive to us within 21 days.
6. Insure the package for the value of the items.
7. Keep your return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached us.

 

Things to Keep in Mind

* Loose diamonds and other pieces carry a 3-day return policy.
* You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made a mistake at delivery.
* The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
* Custom orders cannot be returned.
* Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
